Clearly this is a book you need to pick up when you want a good introduction to the subject, and would like some good examples along with it。I read this digital copy, but it has so many tips that I would recommend keeping a paperback and loads of post it's! Ну, я могу предположить, что кому-то важна техническая сторона вопроса и как выбрать хост, является для него важным。 Однако определённо, не для всех。 И тут я возвращаюсь к тому, о чём писал выше。 Автор, включив в книгу всевозможные темы с целью написать книгу для всех категорий людей, написал, на самом деле, книгу ни для кого。 Потому что если человеку потребуются именно что технические вопросы по созданию сайта, он обратиться к специализированной литературе, которая более подробно рассматривает этот конкретный вопрос и которая не отвлекается на другие темы。 Данная же книга предлагает широкий выбор тем, но описывает их довольно поверхностно, таким образом, книгу можно заменить простой специализированной статьёй из интернета。 Я уж молчу про то, что темы типа: сайт должен быть ясным и чётким, удобным в использовании, не перегружённым деталями и с хорошим дизайном – повторяется чуть ли не в каждой соответствующей книге。 Да тут даже книги или статьи ненужно, тут достаточно здравого смысла。 Поэтому здравый смысл + бенчмаркинг, в совокупности могут заменить 80% подобной литературы по digital маркетингу, а может даже и все 98%。Four hundred-page book designed to cover all aspects of online or digital marketing。 To be honest, all previous books (except for Marketing 4。0) on marketing/business in online space did not make any impression on me。 Therefore, it is not clear what I actually expected。 In general, this book did not impress me。 The size is yes, but the content is definitely not。Firstly, it is not clear for whom this book is intended。 The information is so basic that it can only interest those who have just discovered the Internet, who do not know "what" and "how Taking into account that the book is oriented - in the widest meaning - at those who are engaged or going to be engaged in business in the Internet, how it is possible not to understand that such people could not live all this time on a desert island or in some cave or in any other place where there is no Internet。 That is, even if a person was not engaged in business online, he still knows a lot of things only from the fact that he explores the Internet space, interacts with various sites (entertainment, educational, news, etc。)。 The author presents the information as if it were a child who has just gone to school。Secondly, there is a lot of water。 The author begins with the most ancient times with a view to explain that advertising existed in ancient Rome (or Ancient Greece)。 And then through the centuries in our days and the Internet。 This is definitely unnecessary information, which only knocks off the intended purposes。 And this theme, absolutely inappropriate。Thirdly, because the author decided to cover everything at all, it turned out that the book is too banal and too technical at the same time。 For example, the author writes about host, how to choose them and so on。 Why would a person who is not a programmer want to do that? Well, I can assume that somebody cares about the technical side of the question and how to choose a host is important to them。 But definitely not for everyone。 And here I come back to what I wrote above。 The author, having included all sorts of topics in the book in order to write a book for all categories of people, actually wrote the book for nobody。 Because if a person needs technical questions to create a site, he will turn to specialized literature, which examines this particular issue in more detail and which is not distracted by other topics。 The same book offers a wide range of topics, but describes them rather superficially, so the book can be replaced by a simple specialized article from the Internet。 I am not talking about the fact that the themes such as: the site should be clear and precise, easy to use, not overloaded with details and with a good design - repeated in almost every relevant book。 There is even no need for books or articles, there is enough common sense。 Therefore, common sense + benchmarking in the aggregate can replace 80% of such literature on digital marketing, and maybe even all 98% 。。。more
